Sorry, my previous mesg was bit mean. I was little over stressed these days. I appreciated all reasonable suggestions.

But I want ppl to understand that it's not as easy as you think to be a volunteer organizer.

I've met many ppl through those events. Most appreciated our efforts. But there are still some ppl always take it for granted. Everyone wants to go by their own way. It's hard for us to make everyone happy. So I have to make them to follow our rules instead.

It's not a happy feeling when organizers sacrificed lots of their personal time to make everything settled and still get many nonsense complaints.
None of organizers is somebody's sevant. I think ppl should learn how to appreciate their efforts and be more cooperative.

        Do you know how much I paid for my cell phone monthly, beause of ppl don't like to read mesg carefully and still asking same questions?

        Do you know how many ppl coming without confirmation and stil complain about this and that?

        Especially for hiking, a large group usually break into small groups. Everyone has different walking speed. Do you think it's fun to keep waiting for slow walkers or finally find there is someone missing ?

        To everyone who comes to the event, they just enjoying our free service. But how many ppl really appreciating our efforts, but not always take it for granted. How many ppl really understand how much work we need to do to make things done smoothly?

        Everyone has their own interest, I can't make everyone happy? That's why more ppl, more complaint. There are always ppl thinking organizer should arrange everything well for them, They don't think they should take care of themself,

        If you still think it's a easy volunteer job now, then you do it. Why everyone always talk to me like it's my duty now and I should do this or that?

        I organize events, because I like to meet ppl and wish everyone can have little more fun. But IT'S NOT MY JOB OK!!!! I'm using my personal time to serve others. So, if anyone doesn't like my way, don't bother to come. That's so simply.更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
