can sb tell me what happened with Saturday's hiking organized by purplerose?

i sent my intention and confirmation before deadline to the organizer, and I also sent a request about what happened with my messages? i got no response. but, i did get response from the organizer about this activity early. i have no idea about why s/he did not response this time. I have no idea about what happened with her or him.

yes, the organizer may have the authority to say: who can join, and who can not join. but why? it is really wired, i m so confused.

yes, maybe this activity has been cancelled by the organizer for some reason, but, do i deserve a response? say yes or no to me, so i understand.

organizing an activity is not easy, and we thank these people, but, organizing an activity means responsibilities for informing people what happened.

I hope more people can organize more activities, and people can meet and talk and play together to havr more fun.

      you will join for sure.

      3. On my first post, I've asked people to give out their info and email to
      me. But I didn't get yours.

      Pls understand that I don't have time to keep checking my PM, that's why I gave my email out. I ALWAYS REPLY. so if you didn't hear from me, you should send me an email.

      Originally, there were 40 ppl confirmed for hiking at first time. But we only got 3 drivers. So we had to ask ppl to reconfirm and trying to find more drivers. So the final detail only sent out to those who reconfirmed.

      Pls understand that there were only two of us to arrange everything and we cannot take any 'MAYBE' reply as 'YES'. It's hard for us to arrange carpool. Plus, I had to handle last Friday event, so I have to work everything out for Sat hiking by Thursday night. If we didn't get your reply before Thursday 5pm, we consider you are not coming.

          而且要同时安排周五聚会和周六的HIKING.所以那时挺乱的 . 周四我们发现HIKING要搭车的人太多, 所以要赶在下班前把HIKING的信息发给大家, 希望可以多找些DRIVER 等等..总之是 一堆事情,我就忘了最后再查一次PM. 不过我是隔一段时间就查EMAIL的. 所以如果你当时有EMAIL给我, 我一定看的到.

          我们每次活动都是有把联络的EMAIL给大家的. 因为PM实在不是很方便. 那两天的所有信息都掺一块儿了. 我要花不少时间一个一个看. EMAIL比较方便处理. 所以麻烦以后用EMAIL联系比较稳妥.PM 只做临时通知就好了.

          总之一场误会. 希望以后的活动可以看到你. TAKE CARE
