I have suggested you to consult the laws above, which means that you have to take some responsibilities financially and you'd better be careful and open your eyes as big as possible to find the truly suitable girl for yourself.

But the most important issue is that I doubt if you can find the right one during the limited period of time. As you know, love is blind, love can only be met but can not be pursued. If you take your PR status as your important advantage to get a girl, I think it will be very risky for you.
